NETWAS Uganda Annual General Meeting-30th October 2014

The Network for Water and Sanitation is a local NGO, that was registered in 1996 to provide water supply, sanitation, and hygiene services in the WASH sector.As required by the constitution, an annual general meeting has to be held to provide members with progress update about the organization.

This year 's AGM is scheduled to took place on Thursday the 30th October 2014 at the Silver Springs Hotel, Bugolobi. The meeting started at 9:00am and the proposed Agenda is :

• Opening Prayer

• Welcome remarks from the Chairperson, NETWAS council

• Review of previous minutes

• Reports

  • Council Chairperson

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer/auditor

• Election of office bearers

• AoB

• Dissolution of AGM
