Community role in the Maintenance of Water points-Abatot Community borehole

Rights come with responsibility; this is something that is emphasized by CIDI as they roll out the rights based approach. As the people are demanding for increased provision of safe water and good sanitation from the duty bearers, they also have a responsibility of participating in the maintenance of such facilities put in place. This is something that has been clearly exhibited by the community in Abotot village Kobuin Parish in Acowa Sub County Amuria District.
