This study presents the results of a cross sectional study to evaluate the impact of local learning on the adoption of low cost sanitation facilities. The Action-Research for Learning for Policy and Practice in Rural Household and Primary School Sanitation and Hygiene (LeaPPS) is a Simavi, IRC and SNV supported project linked to an ongoing initiative on rural sanitation and hygiene.
