The project seeks to improve the quality of the water services in Bombo Town Council through facilitating dialogue among the system operator, consumers, Town Council and the water board. The dialogue will seek to find agreed solutions to the gaps in the water service related to Tariffs, cost of services, accessibility, water quality, reliability and consumer-operator relations.  NETWAS Uganda will facilitate the process using the community score card process to engage the stakeholders.
